Affraid so robey, great loss to the world as a whole.
Hence john sykes singing, he has a strong voice like phil had and pulls it off well. not everyone is happy with his guitar style though, a bit to flashy they say, too many dive bombs and stuff but hey thats rock n roll.

I'm going to see Thin Lizzy too in November! :-) oh and i've seen Limehouse Lizzy too - they played at the WSBK at Brands Hatch a few years ago along with a Queen tribute band and a U2 tribute band and yes they were very good. Actually all of them were really good.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, beer in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming

Woooohoooooo ... Rush was good :o)
As someone behind me noted ... 'never seen such a large middle aged audience!'
Kin ell they had an interval half way through (coz we aint as young as we used to be was 'Geddy's excuse! lol) Well they certainly didnt hold back ... altho there was a break id say approx 3 hrs aint bad for a bunch of old gits!

Nice one Mart, glad you enjoyed the Rush gig, they`ve still got it in aces eh?
When you watch Geddy lee swap beetween playing bass and keyboards while triggering vocal samples for harmonys and patches for string accompniments while still singing it really blows you away, what a band !!!!!
