Hey everyone, sorry i havent been on lately, but since sunday night ive been in quite a state... and here is why I was walking to the shop wwith just me and my mate who happens to be a lass and sum chavs were shoutin abuse at me so as i do i walked pasted and just kept walkin towards the shop I bought some tizer, jellly tots and a twirl I left the shop, eatin my twirl (baring in mind the shop is about 40 second walk from my house) they wer between my house and the shop so i pretty much had no option but to walk past them i was about 10 feet away from them (approx 15 of them) and they shouted "Here have ya got a snout" I replied "No sorry, i dont smoke" Next thing i know my face was hitting of the floor ~at this point my memory is very blurry~ I vaigly remember trying to get back up and a the feel of my jelly tots wrapper in my hand (btw whilst writing this i am in calss, just sneezed and my nose started pouring with blood) I went to get back up and he shouted "get back down ya sweaty c**t" I got up and ran but i only have one flash back of been halfway between shops and house and lookin back to see if my friend was ok, luckily she was =] i ran into the house "MUM SOME D**KHEADS have smacked es!" hovered over the kitchen sake covered in my own blood and i lost ALOT I came out with very minute black eyes 2 large gashes on my forehead 2 gashes on my cheek and its badly bruised/swollen A broken nose And 2 bust lips And a very upset me =[ I found who it was from a friends cousins friends friend who was there but i cant get statements so they're gettin away with it I might go in for compensation What D'ya Reckon? bear 1300cc Superstar Joined: Friday, October 29, 2004 Posts: 5790 Location: cumbria United Kingdom	sorry to hear this B.O.S.is there no cctv cams near you that may have the assualt on film?. right first off get yerself down to the CAB they will give you info on making a claim from the criminal injuries board. while yer there ask em to recomend a good soliciter . get the soliciter to threaten legal action against the plod for the failure to do thier job (lazy bastids! there is plently they can do. they know who some of the chav scum are and know of at least one witness). no wonder folk are on about becoming vigilantes. It would appear the only way to get any justice is by emulating the thugs themselves.

bear 1300cc Superstar Joined: Friday, October 29, 2004 Posts: 5790 Location: cumbria United Kingdom	oh and one more thing.... might help might not... write a letter to your mp detailing the assualt and the police attitude (nothing we can do etc). send a copy to the local press and also to your chief constable. be totaly honest about it. demand the MP do something about it (like badger the home secretary) the mp will get back in touch with you and no doubt with the chief constable too. he will kick up a stink. the press will love it too. The chief plod will get earache and a severe bollocking from his boss (the mp/ home office) and with any luck the press will also give him grief. This in turn will annoy the chief plod and he will hand out severe bollockings to your local plod as well. (it goes from Chief to station commander to the superintendant then all the way down the chain of command.) the result being there will be some highly aggitated foot plod . with any luck they will have to act. either those responsible will get arrested and perhaps fall down the steps a few times or some sort of prosecution will be mounted. a civil case would be the next stop.and hopefull eventually there will be some sort of justice. oh dont worry about doing a runner you arnt a big lad anyway and there was a few of em. Your friend the lass is a witness to your assualt. the plod have to arrest the local usual suspects for line ups etc. dont believe a word of there is nothing we can do. they are hoping you will do nothing and they can go back to stuffing their faces with bacon butties in the canteen. make sure you go see the doc again as well and you get looked at properly. hope you got some pics of the bruises and blood etc at the time (for evidence etc plus the local press will love you for it). when yer feeling up to it its then time to get to a gym and bulk up a bit m8 take a few boxing lessons as well (probably wouldnt have done ya much good at the time , but will help with confidence in the future.)
