Hi, Ok, lets get some info to see what is going wrong here. Send me the following: 1. Operating system 2. Browser and browser version 3. Version of Java 4. Type of firewall in use, if any 5. Java Console output. (See below for details on how to do this). Sun's Java Console ---------------------- 1, Go to chatroom. 2. Right click on the Java logo found in the lower right hand corner of your task bar. 3. You will see your Java Console menu item, click that. Please send all of the information found in the Java Console. Thanks Mark

Also, to test the connection to the server you can use the following: Run the NETSH utility by opening a Command Prompt window ( Start >> Run >> cmd.exe ) and entering the NETSH command. When you do, the usual command prompt will turn to the NETSH prompt. Next, enter diagnostic mode by entering the DIAG command. When you do, the NETSH prompt will change to NETSH DIAG. Once you have reached the NETSH DIAG prompt, there are several things that you can do. Below is listed the command that you can enter to test your connection to the 2wheeltalk service through firewall related issues. An example of the syntax that you should use is: CONNECT IPHOST www.2wheeltalk.com 7777 or CONNECT IPHOST www.2wheeltalk.com 7877 You should get something like the following: IPHost (www.2wheeltalk.com) IPHost = www.2wheeltalk.com Port = 7877 Server appears to be running on port(s) [7877] Or if it fails: IPHost (www.2wheeltalk.com) IPHost = www.2wheeltalk.com Port = 7877 Server appears to be running on port(s) [NONE] If it fails it is probably a firewall issue.
