for hatred, and being pissed off with folks. If you can't agree it after discussing it pissed and discussing it sober then walk away from it. Agree or agree to disagree or fight a duel but don't carp on (See topic). One of the best friends I had in my youth was an avowed Thatcherite and me a socialist; she was a lovely bird and we knew that it would come to blows if it ever came to the barricades but until that time came we enjoyed each other's company, got pissed and laughed a lot and avoided political discussion because we both knew we were too far apart. She is dead now and I mourn her passing every day. If you cannot settle the argument then let it lie in the manner of families the world over (Normal families that is, not the ones that go on to form lifelong grudges about what their Barry said about our Mam at Vera's wake, or is that normal families?) Sorry. I've been drinking. Does it show?

Even when they walk away u find out that they r still at your thoat they r just saying it to other people instead of to u. shame really cos if your not in my life then it means exactly that u r not in it which means i don't even bother asking about you.
