My Nan, who looked after me as a second mum for the first 15 years of my life was feeling ill at my birthday party last night, she left to go home with my cousin and died as she arrived home half an hour later. She was 91 and I will miss her very much.

sorry to hear that mark but at least her last night was with friends and family and 91 is not a bad innings obviously she was fairly well up to now
