Could just be an old battery Bear, they really don't like the cold weather for some reason.

will get meself a new multimeter and give the leccy system a good going over at the weekend. battery is only 3 months old so am doubtfull of it being the culprit but you never know. will check the connections as well as they havent been looked at for a while so could be furred up i suppose but am still thinking alternator..... hopefully just the bushes as a recon unit is 99 quid ...... typical things always go wrong and cost most when A) yer skint B) you have to have the thing working and C) when its close to crimbo or some such..... arsey fecking thing!

will be checking the full charging system (inc reg/rec alternator, fuses etc as well as giving the wiring the once over ) . i only mentioned the alternator as the main suspect as its the most expensive and will no doubt (acording to sods law) be the bit thats knackered). got my new multimeter today 17.99 from halfords was the cheapest they had too.... bugger cos lidl were selling digital multi meters last month for a fiver.....!
