Any chance that a gsx750 engine is the same as a gsx1100, but sleeved down?

I need to find a workshop manual for a GSX750E '81, but there doesn't seem to be one specifically for the bike. I need to find another model which has the same engine, to get that manual. Just like I got a gpz600 manual for my fx400 cos its the same engine, just sleeved down. Hoping to get the same result. Can get a manual for the '84 - '86 model GSX's, but its a different engine.

bear 1300cc Superstar Joined: Friday, October 29, 2004 Posts: 5790 Location: cumbria United Kingdom	nope different engine...... try ebay for manuals. oh and interestingly you can fit a gs 1000 motoer in their or a gsx1100 et motor or an efe or even a gsxr1100 in there too (though with the gixxer motor you will need to make some brakets for oil cooler etc) seen it done at a rally a while back old gs1000 frame gixxer motor looked well smart it did. also seen gsx750 frame with gixxer motor installed.
