thing is with goverment departments they are all on budgets.... if they get say 10 million to spend and they dont spend all of it then next years budget will be shrunk to match what they did spend. it makes sence for em to actually spend more than they have in the hope that the budget will be increased. no matter how many spooks you have (approx 2500 at the moment) they will wwant to employ more. the war on terror is the perfect excuse to get a bigger budget and to in future years get even more. tis a vicious circle.... far cheaper to just glass top the offending countries and have done with it.

The problem is I seriously doubt everything now..We have had propaganda rammed down our throats till we are all vomitting green bile..I dont trust the head of police Margaret Becket or just about anyone who was linked to the all this before Bush s overthrow. I am going to watch and see.
