In a recent survey of Police force performance it comes to light that North Wales police are not doing that well they have done 60% fewer drug arrests than last year. In fact the Chief Constable (PC Pratt I think) is a liberal and has told his officers not to chase the drug dealers and pushers (he has in the past advocated legalising drugs) His reasoning is that they are doing enough however his crackdown on speeding motrists\bikers continues unabated. So if you want to sell drigs and get away with it move to North Wales but for Gods sake dont speed there. Geesh what a moron
