on thursday riding home from uni as per normal. the driver of a red ldv van decided to pull out on me. we had made ful eye contact he knew i was there but pulled out anyway. this caused me to swerve to miss him and hitting a 4 foot wall. i was flung through the air and landed ona huge pile of rocks narrowly missing a metal container. as i climbed back up all i saw was the van accelerating down the road. lucky for me there was a couple of women in the car behind me who saw it all happen and helped me out. i called the poilce who called the ambulance as i was unable to walk. i didnt manage to get the reg of the van so the police have said there is nothing they can do. i ended up with bruised and torn muscles in my left groin and thigh. going back the crash site after i have realised i was very lucky not to have doen anymore damage than i did. the bike needs new forks and indicator but should be fixed and working soon. me however i'm not to sure about as my leg is killin but hey. well i heard some of u had been told this by Smids so just wanted to let u all know i'm ok and will be biking again soon.. ride safe
