Hello again all :) I've just been banned from a South African forum for unknown reasons. I have had two warnings for using bad language, but I have only directed bad language at the perp of a crime, as in "This man raped a two year old" and I have used the worst expletives towards that person. Just where is venting and using language acceptable or not?

the_ox 1300cc Superstar Joined: Saturday, October 30, 2004 Posts: 8803 Location: London United Kingdom	Hi Ali xxx, Easy to answer, i am a member of a trade forum and we are not allowed to swear or make personal comments ( its very difficult at times trust me), there is an issuse at the moment about how the moderators are acting. The crux is nobody was coerced to the site, we all had trade refrences taken and checked upon, the site owner then had us ( several hunderd actually) post out acceptance to the site rules. If you dont adhere to them you get a warning and an explanatoin about why, there is a grading system and if you hit 100% in a month your gone for good. Still on 0% here. This sounds like the forum your using, its tough the owner has the right to ban you for no reason what so ever. End off. You state you have recieved two warnings, well you would have been told why i asssume. Why not address the MOD who has issued the warnings and appeal to the site owner if you feel blighted. Personally i have been accused of stuff here and the persons have been forced to go their own way without a ban issued as far as i know. Its tricky but the site owner has every right to do as he/she/they wish. The web is a place we are allowed not a place we own to do as we wish, well its supposed to be like that anyway. Thing is, right, I feel I am being victimized because after the initial warnings, I kept my temper under control, even when every one else was losing theirs. ESPECIALLY when it was down to the line rape and abuse of little children and women. so, I've kept a clean nose, while others are allowed to go OTT? I'm disappointed and rather sad, to be honest. Look, if anyone wants to see if I've done anything wrong on that site, go check out http://forum.mg.co.za/ My user name is Ali.. or was. I don't thinkI've been any different on this or the old forum to what I am on there.
