from giving blood, apparently my HB levels have been too low for too long :o( but I have had 15 succesful donations in the past, but no more, my blood is all mine to keep now

Im in liverpool giving a speach about how much it meant to me the blood i have. and the presenting tropeys to people who donated 75 and even 100. thats alot.
