That's it, all the decorating is now finished, the house is clean and shiney from top to bottom, the Estate Agent has been and gone, and the For Sale board will be up by the weekend.....all we got to do now is keep it tidy and flog it for the asking price within the week, mmmmmm, could always move Andy and the small people out, then i don't have a problem.
Anyone want some lodgers??!!

Pmsl...I thought about the kids being fixtures and fittings and decided that they would probaly recuce the value of the house........cellar - good ploy, apart from the smell, again reducing the value......there must be some advantage to selling the house complete with bloke with plank and skateboard, surely??

well my mum had moved all the mats from the floor in the bathroom cos she was cleaning .............. i went in the bathroom and noticed there was nothing on the floor cos i thought how bare it looked ........ i went to the sink and then when i turned round there was 2 mats back on the floor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first thing i did was shout my mum to see where she was cos i thought she must have put them down again while i wasn't looking but she was downstairs and hadn't been anywhere near the bathroom and sandie was reading in the living room and she wouldn't put something back even if u asked her to lol ............... so to say i was ARRRRRRRGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH freaked out was an understatment!!!!!!!!!
