Does anyone know the score on this one...? Have ordered some goth clothing from the States .. Ordered it in July but it still hasnt arrived..Got shipping info at saying it had been posted from US post office and numbers to track it...Ther is no info regarding the parcel other than it has been shipped. Got intouch with the company who say it has been posted ..They think it must have been lost in transit
I paid through visa on thier details page .. Now what happens, does anyone know...?It was to the tune of $400 dollars...sob sob sob!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!!

If you contact Visa maybe they can help in some way. I think if you pay by a credit card they offer some kind of insurance........worth a try even if they can't help.

if u paid by visa i think ur protected on lost items, ring them and ask.
i would also contact the company and tell them u want a replacement free of charge, they should have postage insurance for things that go missing

Do you know how it was shipped airmail? have bought lost of stuff from states and some onyl took 5 days... but when my firend sends stuff she sends it surface mail, in other the slow boat from china and i have waited almost 6 weeks for that? worth finding out....other wise would suggest what every one else has via visa..... hope it turns up...

As said in the other replies contact the mailing company or the visa company they should be able to help....

pmsl @ gfisher! contact the sender first darce, they took your money and if they've got the means to track the parcel they can put in a claim for it being lost and therefore refund you. if you get no joy, do it through your credit card but they will send you forms to fill in before they'll act. you do get something like 3-5 months to put in a claim through your credit card though so don't panic.
