coat them in olive oil 1st..doesnt stop em burnin,,put helps em pass thro quicker

Thanks Froog, will remember that one. Roebs, suppose it differs person to person and pepper to pepper, you do get used to them and they have a wonderful sharp, clean flavour. I have a theory that every chilli has the same quantity of pain in it, hence the larger the chilli the less concentrated the pain and vice versa; avoid birds eye chillis on pain of pain!

scotch bonnets are good as are habanero's and so is the thai dragon chilli..... good tip put bog roll in the fridge after a curry or chilli fest.

Good tip about the loo roll Bear; I have to say that damp bog roll (hakle moists or whatever it's called) have revolutionised the post beer / curry experience. Put a pack of them in the fridge and feeeeeeeeeeeeeelllll the relief the morning after. Also being damp they don't catch light so easily so you can hold a longer contact time. Bliss SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
