shower......
breakfast.....
email......
2wheel......inc spliff
it all gets a bit hazy after 2wheel and kinda lasts through to mid-afternoon

call cafeteria order bacon butty and fresh coffee to be delivered
catch up on news, personal email,
munch bacon butty and shlurp coffee
a trip to the bogs to clear up grease drips and coffee stains
chinwag about the state of play (last nights sports results)
drive home
