I'm a" hair of the dog" man myself Si - the first usually takes some getting down but by the second i start to feel better - I did try a bloody mary once after a session - bad choice,really bad, i puked that much i almost wept.

i take a couple of neurofen before i go to sleep. next morning more neurofen, chocolate and ribena. don't ask why..but it works a treat!!!

there is no true hangover cure!
for some folks the hair of the dog works!
others find drinking water before they sleep works.
yet again others believe that alternating alcholic and soft drinks will prevent a hangover...............................bolloxs
get pissed (and i mean ROYALY pissed) rally standard drunk, you will wake up stupidly early ................. go for a piss get something to drink and go back to bed and sleep . wake up again get something to eat........ go back to sleep!
on wakening start drinking heavily.............. repeat the afor mentioned steps.
ok you will feeel like shit to start with but believe me the first time you have a full english washed down with beer followed by a few hours sleep you will wonder what the fuckin fuss is about!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have a great 1 for you si, just you stay in bed all day, get hells to bring u some mags, make your dinner, bring u cups of coffee and biscuits, wash and iron your clothes and then when shes finished that, to round of the day, make sure she does the dishes, lol. This is a great hangover cure, try it and see, lol.

Well its about 1.30 and i am royally pissed so i will now go and drink lots of water (yep thats right, the stuff fish fuck, shit, and piss in) to see if it makes any difference.( the things i doo in the name of science/experiment/ thingy for you all i dont know)
i do however have lots of lovely cold ale to fall back on so if your wrong i will be fine lol(as if you care).
