if memeory serves me right....qatar is one of places where booze is available in hotel bars only.....and they sting the western infidel swine for the privilage. however if you go to the local souk, it aint tobacco the ab-dabs are smoking thru hookers (re. hubblybubbly pipe) in the coffee stalls ;oD
