Purchased a TOBY steering Damper for me R1,instructions are very vague,,anyone know a plce where i can get better install instructions please,or even has one installed and could help me on this one..many thanks

No sev, some of us are lucky enough to have somebody set our suspension settings to how we ride..... like a bitch in my case!!! :o)

my bike doesnt have suspension alteration. bone jarring when you go over bumps.

ive just got an ohlins damper for mine with instructions for the 2003 r1 if its the same bike as yours ill scan it on to my puter and then email it to you jay

fitted damper now so no need for instructions,,i binned them and sussed it out for meself.
