Been thinking of picking up an early ZX12R the A1 model.
They are around £2,500 for a low mileage nice one at the moment and I have another bike soon to be moved on that would almost cover the cost.
I always wanted one and now seems as good a time as any.
Why the A1?, I think it looks the coolest, but mainly because it was the unrestricted model, I don't like the idea of having a bike that if you screw it in every gear you hit a limiter before the end of 5th gear on a 6 speed box!
Probably too much power and speed for the road but what's new about that.
Just wondered if anyone has had any experience of them or owned one in the past as it would be nice to hear your thoughts.
I know they eat consumable parts but I still have the Bandit so I would be lucky to cover more than 2.5k a year on the ZX so hopefully that wont be an issue.
