Just about the feeling bikes can evoke.
Well my view of this nice little film.

17 mins long and some swearing.

Loved it, nice find m8.
I watched it last night, we've all been there, I thought the acting was ace, just how I would react, excellent.

Lol, I did think that myself at first, but then it would have had to finish there, as going through the same plot twice would have been naff, better to have the riding into sunset effect me thinks !

Actually I liked your version better, ok he should have stalled it ! lol see how easily lead I am, I think it was the continental "Fin" at the end that did it, made me think of jugs out movies back when I were a lad !

I love this because it shows the way some of us got into bikes.
Older stuff did not run at a push of a button and do 200mph.
But we loved them all the same.

This is very true, My first bike , a Suzuki TS100 an old M reg was old , battered and bruised but fook did I love that bike, my first real scenes of freedom, crackling across the fields in a ploom of blue smoke, stoppin by the river for a quick puff and then turning round to walk back to the bike sitting there looking majestic with its upwardly swept exhaust with chrome shield glinting in the sun.
Although it eventually seized on me, it was special, you never forget your first love !

1981 I think
RLD 484W, still remember the plate!!
Yamaha RS125DX
My first legal bike, also the one that bit my thumb off!
For those that do not know, cleaning bike, got bored (17 and thick, any other comments you get a kicking when we meet!). Start engine, on centerstand, wrap cloth around hand and in gear "polish" back wheel. Cloth gets caught up, thumb has a wander thru chain and sproket.
No, it did not hurt. Shock overtook pain.
My question as they trimmed it in theatre............"Will I be able to use a electric starter?" as my next bike was going to be a CB400N. Despatch rider so a good choice!

Ouch, I knew this from a previous post you did, but still makes me shudder, although I know what you mean about shock taking away the pain, As I lay with both my legs broken and wrapped around my neck, I calmly pulled out a Regal king size and had a smoke waiting for the ambulance.
