ok we get some nice days so we can get out on the bikes now and then through the winter..but no event or meets. How do all you other bikers get through the winter?

Dont mind riding in the rain its just all that cleaning after wards.lol. -- ride it like you stole it...

Every season has its pitfalls. Autumn brings the piles of wet leaves and mud on the road from farm vehicles Winter brings the inevitable rock salt deposits that eat into the bike Spring brings the deisel spills as everyone overfills before the Budget increases Summer - crowded roads and the weekend warriors who may have the matching leathers and phone case but lack the experience to ride competantly Having said all that - I still love my bike and wouldnt be without it. Just have to take the rough with the smooth. That one day were you get a clear run at a favourite road, or you get to filtre past the traffic jams heading for the coast - those days make the bad ones worthwhile. -- Its not all about the straightline speed
