having the blackest, bitterest, hottest cup of coffee this morning....
my head is pounding this morning and I'm feeling a bit ill....hope this straigtens me out, have to head off to work soon and I have 50 appointments coming in today! It will be quite the test to be my usual friendly self....might have to slap a few just to make myself feel better....argh...more coffee please!

Water, gave up drinking as well!!
Just out of hospital again too, the Tramadol has reared its fugly head and i`m allergic to it. Two nights of stomach cramps, nightmares and hallucinations and i`m cream crackered.
Back to my other painkillers methinks!
