Im having problems with my wiseco conversion in my bandit and have had to strip and send parts away again.
Time scale for return and rebuild is probably 6-8 weeks, right through the best of the summer. (two camping trips planned)
Ive got about £800 quid to spend on a bike to get me by for the next couple of months or so.
Anyone in Scotland or north of England got anything for sale?
Thinkin along the lines of a GS1000, FJ1200, ZX10 sumit big old and comfy.

If you can keep your head while all about you are losing theirs, you probably haven't grasped the seriousness of the situation!

Cheers Ox, will do mate.
Goodbye Bandit !!! No way bud, ive invested to much time, money, sweat and tears to ever let it go.
Your right about the CBR going like stink though, it really goes well and I'm sure my money is safe for a couple of years, I mean will there ever be a time you can buy the likes of a cbr1000 with tax and mot for £500, I wouldnt have thought it a few years back but you never know.
Going a run up to Oban with a few mates tomorow, first run this year, thanks Gumtree !
Cheers for now.

in the last two years ive had 2 zx10s for £300 and £400 an n reg cbr 1000 for £600, two fjs for £250 and £500 ! all nice some minty! ive presently got an all standard gsxr 750 for a thrash bike for £600 , needed bits n bobs, the trouble with jap bikes is you buy the performance figures NOT a bike! thats why harleys hold thier prices! ive been after a harley project , but even summat interesting in bits is £1000s!.... that is unless you know diffent?.....cyril!

I just bought a 2005 suzuki GZ125 marauder for 500 squid for the missus (The RF is currently having repairs), and nicked it off her.
It looks the part.......to old people.....At a distance.....in the dark........while their gleggs are still at specsavers.....................
I'm actually after a 175 bantam for some bizzare reason.
