Had a rather crap day today. Beautiful blue skies and even mr sunshine exposed himself!!!! Why the whinging?.... Wind, and no, not been stuffin' my face with sprouts! I mean the gale force variety that almost shoved me off Buzzy today. I tried bending forward more but alas...nope. No good. I was shocked at how powerful that badboy wind can be. Crossing a couple of bridges actually had me shedding a couple of tears. Woose!! lol Scared enough to say a prayer and ask him up there to get me home in one piece and I would be totally grateful!! Had a slight tantrum on arriving home and feel flat. Hope this is normal. Bastid wind spoiling my day. Grrrr. Right. rant over lol. Any tips? apart from "don't go out when its windy"!! pmsl. xx

a touch of counter-steering will balance you but you need to practice

Thanks for the replies. I, unfortunately am only able to be a wee pillion... Been called worse!! lol. I did, however, come up with a novel way for me to feel more secure on the back, much to my mans' horror....A dressing gown belt wrapped round his jacket, as it was all we had!! It did help immensley for the security side but not so much for the wind. I will keep on praying!!! lol. xx

Lmao Softlass. Well done. I dread to think what I will look like when I get round to going to one of those rally's. I am looking forward to it. May have to move abroad to get proper sunshine (without the wind) lol. xx
