Having been a customer at your Park Royal branch for several years now I am disgusted with the treatment I received today.
I arrived with my two sons as per usual, admittedly not pre booked, at 13:30 and booked a lane for 2 games each for one adult and two children. Upon asking the till operator for any discounts for a "family" he said " 3 persons do not count"
Perhaps he has not heard of divorced families, deceased parents or even the basic two parents one child FAMILY.
After having a great time at your leisure centre as per usual ( also finding a lost child and placing him in the care of one of your lane walkers whom found the father rapidly) I looked up your website and found a "family" of 6 can bowl for £27.00.
Yet my family of 3 (Myself and two children aged 10 and 12) paid £27.25. Your receipt number is not visible on the receipt, however the customer ID and reservation ID is, Reservation ID being 344183.
The reason I find this treatment incorrect is because all my previous visits have been met with a "Family" discount, which in all fairness makes the expenditure on your other entertainment more affordable. Which I would presume you make the family discounts available for us to then spend a little extra at your I must say excellent facilities.
I look forward to your reply,
Wonder what they will send back.............Freebies I hope..........

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, beer in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming

Pah, have been fobbed off. They say that the family of 6 is for one game each where as we had two.
Funny thing is I have checked their website and its been edited.
So they have made an error yet refuse to confirm this.
Such is life.
Always other places to use instead!
