Blackbird is comfy, personally its one i would like . I`m going to have a blast on a busa in the new yr so no Idea how they are at the moment.
Think Soft_lass has a busa pop in chat one night.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, beer in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming

how about the triumph?keep it british an still have what youre after.build quality is good.looks nice too.blackbird is too long in the tooth for me an busa is ugly as sin an a bit pointless if you ask me.all that power is a waste cos ya cant actually use it.how about vfr?not sure i understand when people say they dont like a certain make.surely a bike should be judged individually.perhaps a lower power bike would be better.lighter, cheaper an less insurance.just my opinions mind but i wouldnt go for hyper tourer thingy.lol.cant see the point when theres better bikes that you can actually use on the road.unless your gonna take it down the strip o course.

wouldn't bother with a hayabusa, ridden one and to be honest not my cup of tea, depends what kind of bike your after, blackbirds and busa's are more of a sports tourer and if thats what your after fair enough, but after riding one and seeing the size of the back seat why not a gsxr 1000, a k2 or k3?
end of the day its upto you, but if it was me id get a 675 triumph for the road, loads of fun and more than capable on an occasional track day

I haven't ridden either of them but for me purely on a looks type of thing it would have to be the busa. Altho i do think that the front headlight looks like an alien egg lol but i think the blackbird is just plain big and bulky. I probably wouldn't have either cos i bet they would both look too big for me.

the busa is a really low bike and quite long, thing i found is as soon as you got on the twistys it really showed up the weight and size of the bike, if you want handling mate i wouldn't have either, thing i found after getting rid of my 600 and getting an r1 is the r1 was too much off a handful on the roads if you wanna push it really hard, the 600 was easier to push harder on the roads, and more fun, the r1 was just an animal to try and ride really hard on the track never mind the road.
bigger bikes arent necessarily more fun, but its upto you what your after

Thanks for all the advise, but would have to decide. The main thing was the confort and smile factor...and the winner is...
BUSA!!
