Right then having had a bit of a gap in my concert attendance ...
Tonight was meant to be my return to the live music scene !!!
Was going to see The Manic Street Preachers at the brixton Academy ...
Unfortunately due to the singer James Dean Bradfield having acute laryngitis both tonight and tommorow night gigs have been postponed till 21st & 22nd Jan. 2010. They had already postponed their Birmingham gig untill Tue. 14th Dec. 2010
Oh well ...
still ive got another concert to go to tommorow ... lol

I'm waiting to see where else they play ...
It was implied by Dave Grohl on the Radio 1 interview he did to announce the tour that there would be other dates ... at maybe more intimate / smaller venues ?
I'm waiting to see what else is announced before i make my mind up ...
(Sold out concerts can be got into at original prices if you wait believe me)
anyway re: the Foo Fighters ... this year
I've actually seen the ¾ of the original line up or ½ the current line up playing with their original bands / side projects !!! lol
