as i was sat in the back of a london dodgem car ...( taxi ) today i noticed one or two small white smart cars ....with cctv on em the taxi driver said ther there to catch folk on the spot with minicams parking in bus lanes etc
hhhhmmmmm interesting ...is that ther sole purpose anyone else seen em
