Did anyone see that letter in MCN? Mama don't ride, but Pugs does. What a bitch! I did a web search for the name, and it seems she lives just off the A51 at a place called Baldwin's Gate. She even has her own website. Think she ought to go on everyone's Christmas card list?

after reading of this letter Ms Oppenheimer sent to MCN I went out and bought a coppy to find out what the who-ha was all about......... ffs, that woman can't be for real!!!! she actually finds the death of another human being to be something to feel joy over..... the cow needs burning at the stake.
I also took the trouble to find out where she can be contacted [same as ma pugs prolly did] seems she has an email addy [as follows] so if any of you lot feel like taking her to task over her offensive atitude do feel free to do so.

Sorry to go on but I feel we as bikers should not have to put up with the kind of vitriolic crap that damn woman is spouting.

It strikes me that by posting her letter in MCN, an angry and perhaps aggressive response is possibly what she's looking for thus adding more fuel to her 'bikers are evil' fire. I'd say, if you're going to respond, make it polite and reasonable so she can't chuck it back at you.
The fact is, some people aren't very nice. If we all went round her house and shouted 'Oi dickhead, you're wrong' through her letterbox, it still wouldn't make any difference.

no no..perish the thought, I think if a few hundred of us biker folk were to each send her a cheery card at chrismas wishing her seesons greetings perhaps it may make her feel all warm inside and perhaps she would then stop wishing us all dead.
I dont know if any of you lot on this site recal a few years back some idiot trying to brain a biker by hitting him with a chunk of wood and knocking him off his bike as he rode thru said lunatics village? Someone on MCN found the wood wielding lunatics address and posted it on the web for all to see and ever since, come the season of good will I have sent this poor demented soul a nice greetings card wishing him a happy christmas from the bikers of England in the hope that he will see us in a more favourable light.
