I see that the little toe rag who killed the headmaster when he was 15 and got a life Sentance is due to be released soon after serving 12 years. Life should mean life in my opinion. His lawyer has argued that he shouldnt be deported as he has lived here since he was 5 and doesnt speak italian or have any family in his country of birth. Tough init Send the toe rag back its about time lawyers and lily livered liberal judges stopped using the humnan rights arguement and remembered the human rights of the victims and there familys. If you not A uk citizen and you commit any crime that requires a custodial sentence you should be handcuffed when your sentance is up taken to Heathrow Police station then escorted aborad a plane to your own country and stuff your human rights. Sorry folks rant over that just got to me

Once again Britain has shown its a soft touch when it comes to offenders and Illegal immagrants. This country should be run by the people for the people not these gutless feckers who are in it for their self.

Its not just the UK human rights act that is the problem with this case.... apparently the european human rights act forbids the repatriation of people (after a custodial sentance) if they are deemed to no longer be a threat to society!
personaly i would hand him a linguaphone course and sling his arse on a plane and wouldnt loose a seconds sleep over his not having any relatives in italy etc....
The whole human rights thing needs to be overhauled, there is definatly a need for an act of this nature however once you have commited a crime then the majority of your "rights" should be suspended until such a time you are fit to be released into society. ALL forign nationals that commit a crime that requires a custodial sentance should be deported on release .... no appeal no messing about. from the gates of the prison to the seat on the plane and only released from handcuffs once at the destination.
The case mentioned by ken in the first place.... i reckon if we cant deport the murdering little scroat them keep him banged up... the 12 years was a minimum sentance not a maximum, he got life so keep him locked up until either he croaks or agrees to be deported.
yon hook handed git (abu hamsa) should be slung on the first available flight to the US to face trial for whatever it is they want to charge him for as well .....slimey git is gonna fight tooth and nail to stay here once his 7 stretch is up.
oh and while having a rant on prisons and sentancing how about that junkie scumbag pete docherty? when is that scumbag gonna get jailed ffs how many times has he been done for having drugs now? and he just got released cos the CPS dropped the ball and didnt get him in front of a beak quickly enough! unfecking beleivable. this country is getting worse by the day what with junkie so called celebs doing what they want and feral kids killing folk and causin grief to all and sundry and the powers that be doing feck all to combat any of it. GREAT BRITAIN? bollox!

Definetley, this guy has to be deported.
All these aliens to our country, have to learn that if they break the law here, they will be deported to their country of origin and never granted access to UK shores ever again.
If this had happened in th Isle of Man,do you think they would let him stay? No chance!
Deport him,al quaeda suspects and taliban suspects along with all other terrorists, put them on one big boat to the antarctic and half way there, aim the biggest missile at the boat and push the button.
Best way to deal with it

Ya got me started, lol! As soon as criminals break the law on that scale, they give up their own human rights, as they've taken someone elses, in my opinion. There's also a very simple solution to overcrowded prisons, hang the little ***FILTERED WORD*** s, that way there is also some kind of deterrant for those considering becoming scum bags. At the moment, much like the place in which I work, there is no disciplinary system that anyone takes seriously, and the results are showing themselves.
I consider myself fairly unintelligent and yet I seem to have stumbled upon this fantastic solution, what are we paying the government for again?

There will never be a return to capital punishment in the UK for the following reason.
The EU has banned the use of capital punishment (death penalties)in any of its member states.

Whilst I agree that there is no way he should have been released after only 12 years, I'd like to question why there is so much violence in Britain and other countries by youngsters these days.
It has to come from somewhere. So where?
I'm a very strict mother, and have no qualms about giving a smack on the bottom when it is deserved. A nanny state doesn't work, as many countries are finding out to their detriment. Sad and sick.

hi ali xx, the violence and disrespect comes from two places:
1. The fact that children, are having children. They give birth and then stick their children in front of telly and playstation because they don't know that they have to interact, teach and be a role model to their offspring.
2. The fact that policemen aren't allowed to carry guns and issue a good old fashioned clip round the ear, kids are not respectful of their elders. You only have to watch other natural species for example, dogs. The pack leader will soon give a nasty bite to anyone who steps out of line, it might sound cruel to 'do gooding' social workers but it works doesn't it.
