u were fighting over a gay? (lol joke) but our american friends might think thats what u meant lol
glad u r ok and i'm glad they r not. this seems to be happening more and more ...... members of the public telling little s hits off and getting punched battered or worse. its a horrible world we live in right now. This is gonna make me sound old but i remember a time when even if there was a crowd of u and a "grown" up told u off or gave u a thick ear u stood there not answering back and saying sorry. Respect has been lost and that is all it comes down to. oh and the do gooders who have given kids the right to bloody sue u if u touch them. they have the law on there side to basically go out and please themselves. when is someone gonna realise that laws have to change.

Now, when I were a lad, If I was acting like a dick, any old adult was allowed, and usually quite willing, to smack me round the head. If I went home and told my Dad I got another smack round the head for getting a smack round the head in the first place. The system seemed to work pretty well, I grew up with a healthy respect for my elders.
You can't deal with these people any more. however you approach the problem you're going to come out worse off.

Aye Hippo,
It was me that worded my comments badly. I wasn't suggesting you had no respect for your elders, lol. What I was getting at was the hordes of feral kids that have no respect for their elders because they know we can't have a go back. If we do have a go back we run the risk of either getting arrested or battered by feral kids parents.
I know fellas that are scared to walk home from work on their own at night because they don't know how to deal with these little ***FILTERED WORD*** s. Its not so bad if they're over 18 but if a bloke fights back against 16 or 17 year olds he's gonna have the police coming around accusing him of hassling minors.
However he deals with the situation, he's gonna come off worse.
