Im painting a red 400/4 for a mate but,he reckons it was always a bright red colour(like ford fiesta red) where as,I reckon it was more off a maroon colour originally.Its a 1977,f2 model.
Anybody in the know about colours?
What is the name off these two colours or did anybody ever own one in either off these colours

Yeah i agree that it should be the Darker red ... The solution to your mates insistance that it should have the brighter red of the earlier bikes might stem from someone in the past putting an earlier tank on it! Just a thought!!! -- Martin :o)
