Hi Smoke.

Check out http://forum.disabledbiker.co.uk/ it's the forum for NABD members.

Loads of advice on riding with disabilities and adaptations to machines.
A few trike riders on too.

The national Association for Bikers with a Disability is the leading biker Charity in the world.
The NABD chairman Rick Hulse consults regularly with various government departments to ensure that disabled riders can enjoy the freedom and independance of biking.

if you need any info on the NABD PM me your number and I'll make sure you get the right info.

Regards

Gary

NABD Volunteer.

Smoke, I to am sorry to see what happened to you. But i can tell you this first hand having been down the road of doom with Dr's as well. You see i had a stroke when i was 8 months olds, pronounce dead 3 times, my parents were told i'd never walk or live, HAHA! Well over 40 yrs latter & over 20 pounds of medical records i proved them wrong. I'm also a nurse, as well as i do leatherwork at rallies. So you see smoke, it's all up to you & what you want to do with your life. I you want to ride again you can teach yourself to do it again like i did. Just don't give up on yourself and don't feel sorry about what happened. I look at it another way. What happened in the past has made me a stronger & better person now for it. Because i'm doing so much more than i ever did before. If you need some medical links feel free to let me know as well. I have alot of them. Try to take care & ride safe, Lou
