Thanks for helping with fuel problem i had with gsxr 750.
I now have a problem with it being stuck in a high gear (third I thhink)
1 was running the bike on a paddock stand i think i let the clutch out too quickly there was bang/metalic bang and now cannot change gear.(if I pull in the clutch it disengages gearyour help needed soon.

Selector shaft or forks.
You should never run an engine in gear without a load on the drive wheel or wheels on any vehicle.

They are not designed to work like that and the lash on the gear box on a free spinning gearbox could have broken the selectors or even broken a gear.
Both a pain and expensive to have repaired.

The best bit of advice I can offer is this.

If you are not sure get someone who is to do it, or ask someone who knows before you go near it with a spanner.
