regarding folks going in the room and there being no-one there etc. you mentioned staying signed in etc and waiting. is there any way you could come up with a program where you press a button and away or back in 5 so that folks who come in see that someone is there and will be back soon?

Maybe if i was doing it id try and have a check box for each area next to a persons name so u could see what parts of the site they were in ... yes im that exacting before anyone says any thing! lol At this time it would look like this ...
