In this instance, your own private driveway.
Last night I was called upon by my neighbour asking who was visiting myself and had parked in our drive diagonally blocking all access. To my surprise when I went outside there indeed was a car there. Who`s we had no idea. So a plan was hatched to block the said car in, when all of a sudden 4 youths turned up, one went to the car so we asked him why he had done this. The reply was "so what", a few words later a police woman turned up, then we (neighbour and myself) were accused of calling the cops and of being racist (As the lads were black). This ensued me calling the bloke F***ing stupid and getting a caution from copper. I asked if he was insured or licensed to drive and he went quiet and tried to leave the scene. Cop did nothing, let him go. Took no details, she told me she had car registration, i told her i bet its not registered in his name. Why did she not take details as she had taken mine. She said she was worried a violent act may have taken place so she made a decision, to which i told her it was a bloody bad one. I asked if trespass was still a crime, she agreed. I asked why she took no action, she waffled on about public rights, i asked about mine as a payer of her wages. That went down well!
So in this new PC day and age if your a black male who parks wherever you want then accuse people of being racist you may get away with it, even if your eyes are bloodshot can hardly string together a sentence and are clearly stoned out of your skull.
Next time i`ll just use the baseball bat on the car.

Fekking Cheek Ox I think I would buy a wheel clamp and clamp the buggars the copper should have checked the car and the drivers ring local plod and ask for duty inspector and make a complaint M8 although you probably wont get anywhere it will cause them hassle

Bung in a complaint Ox, My missus says they have to investigate if you lodge what is called a "policy complaint".
I have lodged one of these myself and was very surprised at the speed the complaint was dealt with.
Theres a method for everything you just have to know whaty to say to whom and when.

girly plod shouldnt have been at the scene on her own if she aint up to the job. she should indeed have taken the drivers details and also determined if he was under the influence etc. next time someone parks on yer drive you need to get one of those wheel clamp kinda things and lock it up and refuse to take off the lock till he has paid a fine , or better yet get the thing towed.

i know of a black lady that gets away with abusing her fellow colleuges, she has been reported but they are scared that she will go to the top and pleed that they have been racist. so if u are black, u get away with loads were does that leave us white folk? it was our county in the first place
soz that sounded bad but im really annoyed that they get away with it, if i had been verbally abusing her then i would have been pulled into the office and given a warning
