it seems as tho the PC Brigade have gone another little step futher. Apparently they r asking visitors to prisions to do spot checks to make sure that the convicts r been treated well. pmsl i don't think they had them at shoreshank!

Great Britain day?
More of Gordon Brown trying to hide his Scottish Identity.
As long as its a British day and not an English day with the wrong name. If you want an English day by all means have one but call it what it is and use the English flag not the British one.

Cant say i'd heard of "Great Britain Day" dunno why they would bother with it to be honest what with the leading scottish party wanting independance (and also the welsh) seems it would be a short lived "Day of celebration" to me.

how many people would even bother to celebrate it, most people these days cant find 2 minutes to remember our dead on rememberance day, let alone waste a whole day.

We have St Georges and no fekker celebrates that much!
Just sit back and wait, soon we will have no work days because of all the PC brigade who will empower every religious faith to have across the board celebrations so grind the country to a halt!
Sorted, back to the dark ages!
