I know a fair few people who have got a couple of grand back, so well worth doing. Their banks all paid up before it went to court, no questions asked.
Good luck

yeah as rsv says ours is now 7 days then court action, its well worth doin hastie, but if they try to fob u off with a letter saying ' we are looking into it we will reply in 4 weeks' then u get another of the same, then give them the 7 days court time.
the template letters on the website are brill and use them and also use the calculater on the site to work everything out, just remember to keep a copy as u will need a few
good luck

Just be careful if you do this. It is very common for banks to immediately close your account when you threaten them with court action. Make sure you have a backup account.
