........I mean really, what would you be willing to risk for the chance to fullfill a lifelong dream, or to get that happiness that everybody deserves?

my dream is simple and i would like to think i would risk everything to acheive it, but if that means acheiving it on my own then im not so sure, so it goes to what froog says, it just depends what your dream is

i get what you mean froog and wasnt meant in any direct from just something i was thinking baout today, with me is easier to sorta give up things here and go make a fresh start canada, aus, new zealand etc.... Im just wondering what people would be willing to do to achieve their dream if they havent allready done so.

I would risk everything to keep my sons, they go back to ex tomorrow. They don't want to, but thats the law and our agreement. I would if i could guarantee it take them away from here tonight and start over in another country and give them another chance in life. However their mother does love them and as much as she pisses me off we do get on and agree with certain things about their upbringing. So i`ll just have to knuckle down and see what the bounty of life brings us, along with a good effort to ensure mine have a better education. Lifes a biatch, it breaks your heart and fills it with joy at the same time.

well having taken a risk about 17 years ago to fulfill one of my lifes ambitions and coming out the other side I guess for me the answer has to be.... everything. life is a risky business every time you set foot outside your front door so my advise [for what its worth] if you really want something then go for it...... if you dont you'll regret it some time in the future and if you screw up and it all goes tits up weeeeeeell, at least you tried.

u have to risk it all to get what u want out of life ............ the people that moan that their life is crap r the ones that daren't risk jack shit, just incase it doesn't work. they want a safe life ........ well thats what u'll get a safe life which in my book means boring. and towards the end of your life if u haven't risked anything u will be full of regret and u will be saying "if only i had ..........." i will not let those be the last words out of my mouth. the last words out of my mouth will be "well at least i've had a fabulous time"

my last words are gunna be woowhoo im bankrupt!lol..... I know what you mean there Roebs. Most fo the things so far in my life, iva actually regretted doing afterwards....but id rather it be that way than not regret anything atall. ALthough there have been some times where the risk has been worth it....so i still aitn learnt yet id rather look back on life regretting some of what ive done that regretting all of what i didnt do.....next on my list is skydiving...................only one lil problem with it, is that im scared of flying!!!!!

Personally I would risk everything if there is a possibility that it could make others lives better, but only if they were my priorities in life. There's no point in making a difference to people who don't really care about. You have to be very sure of yourself to make a big move abroad, especially on your own. Once you've made the decision the rest is down to you to "make things work", if you go into it half heartedly if won't. Good luck.
