well after 5 years mrs hippo has gone and done it to me again,she cheated on me with a friend from uni.not just once either alot.........and lied about it all so much.i feel i have been turned into an empty shell of a man,i have a broken heart that will never heal.i cant believe we was goin to married this year,thats out the fucking window now.....i dont think im going to be around for a while,so take care all and remember be faithfull men have hearts too,well i did have

Got to rise above it pal, easy said i know but you cant let the situation get the better of you.
On the face of it i would say if she has done this to you now then you are as well knowing and moving on.
Enjoy being a free agent for a while, look after number one for once and give yourself a fresh start.
As for mates, well there is always the phone, work/uni, us guys on here and dont forget the new social life of a man on the pull !!!!

life can be a real bitch sometimes. as several people have already said time will help to heal the pain. for now there is no easy answer , just try to take things a day at a time and slowly start to rebuild your life. try not to let the bitterness get to you as it will only affect you not her. try to move on and remember you can always find someone in here to share your thoughts with. chin up mate.
