Bob Heath spread across your goggles would seriously impair your vision and balance.

spit.
they teach you that at scuba diving lessons - it works. Do a nice big goz in your gogs and wipe it across em - not phlegm tho it impairs your vision.
gross but true.

any of the anti fogging stuff will work. they steam up due to theheat from your face being higher than that of the glass. also if you are wearing a scarf around the nose when you breath out warm and moist air will find its way under the nose pad of the goggles.

Tiny hair dryer, aka a 1 watt motor attached to side of goggles with small tubes will induct warm air from your helmet onto the surface of the goggles and i`ll stop right now as there is no way you will try this to prove i`m correct.
