Roeby 1300cc Superstar Joined: Posts: 8884 Location: Derbyshire United Kingdom	Joe bought our flat off us in ermmmm 89 i believe. he has a beautiful morgan car and his g/f at the time (not sure it still is) was stunning and a really lovely girl. His mum (cindy) and his dad (joe) came to view the flat for him his dad called him up told him about the flat and joe said offer them the asking price lol he only wanted it so he had somewhere in shefield to stay when he came to watch sheffield united play (he is a massive fan) apparently his main house was in Ireland somewhere with a recording studio in it. he could only be in this country so many days a year otherwise he had to pay tax. Then a few months after joe bought our flat (we bought the flat underneath his lol) Rick savage went and bought no 14!! it was like arriving at a venue when u turned up home lol ........ oh and Marty Caine lived upstairs as well b4 she died. When she did die Joe sold our old flat and bought hers cos it was bigger. As far as i know he still has it. Joe sold his old flat to Roy Hatterslys mum u know the MP who spat alot never met him tho. phewww thank god i might have got rained on lol
