can we not work a points system,like traffic offences,,3 point if ure bad,reach 12 points u get weeks ban....reach 24 points 2 weeks ban......36 points 3 weeks ban. u get my drift....well come on,u dinna get hung for stealin 3 loaves anymore..well not here anyway....
