It appears that the Tories are to unveil a plan to set up a "border police unit" .... apparently at the moment there are about 6 different bodies doing this so the plan is to have one central unit doing it to try and stop drug smugglers, illegal immigrants, terrorists etc from getting in here. sounds like a good idea to me. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/6396103.stm
