Woke up for a call of nature in the middle of the night last night, returned to bed to continue my slumber and dreams of all things nice,when... my alarm went off...NO !! it was 7.20am and time to go to work , I still feel cheated out of a few hours sleep.
Feel a bit like a bear with a sore head at the mo so be gentle with me.

How strange!!
I've had exactly the same thing for the last two night! Waking up thinking I've only been asleep a couple of hours and then realising that there's only 15 mins before my alarm goes off eeeeeeek
I also feel cheated.

tis summat about yer sercadian (prolly not spelled right ) rythms.
if you wake up a few mins before yer alarm its your body getting too used to be awake at or near the time and it wakes you up. ie the brain is waking you up via the medium of a full bladder.
i had a really nice afternoon nap woke up went for a tootle about the house couldnt be arsed to do any housework so went for another nap .....was lovely.
i find that the afternoons are the dragiest part of the day anyway , mind i should go see a quack and make sure there aint summat up with me i suppose but then id lose my afternoon snoozes.

i love an afternoon nap .......... when i used to be at home looking after sandie i used to love snuggling up on the sofa about 2 ish for an hour lol mind u if i'm not doing anything at the weekends i still do it

If i could get away with it i would have an afternoon nap every day, curled up in front of an open fire, like a cat!!!! Reality dosn`t alow this. bummer.
Bear sounds like youve got it sussed mate, any tips on how i could get away with a sneaky 40 winks now and again?
