bubblesloves69 1300cc Superstar Joined: Wednesday, November 03, 2004 Posts: 1352 Location: Next door to a pub in an interbred village, Kent United Kingdom	Had a great time thanks Darcey :o) I purchased loads of clothes, mainly from Animal and Billabong, make up, shoes, boots, bags, hair stuff, blah blah blah and spent a day in Macy's much to my credit cards dismay! Let's just say that I took a small suitcase inside an empty medium sized one and both were packed to the brim coming home!! I'm starting to regret the spending now as need to get rid of loads of clothes and stuff to fit it all in but I'm glad I did it, I'm already planning another trip but need to clear my card off first pmsl :o)

I had more problems getting into NY, at JFK I was stopped at customs and my suitcase/s were emptied by a rather nice young man who tried to come on to me by telling me where he drinks every night!! lol I politely declined but wish I hadn't now.... that coulda been my ticket to ride.... so to speak pmsl I was amazed at how big a cultural difference there is with different races and how much we really get screwed for tax in the UK. I loved every minute, can't wait to go back. Will post some pics at the weekend of the view from the Empire State Building...... wowwwwww
