Mike has been in an accident on his bike yesterday involving a car. I don't know all the particulars of the accident.
I do know that he is in intensive care and might possibly lose his left leg.
I know he was conscious at some point because he asked that Scott and I be contacted but we are not allowed to visit him just yet because we are not family.
I'll keep you all posted......
Keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Can still ride a bike if you're wanting, read in MCN about a chap (believe he may have lost use of both his legs) with a modified R1 (?) fitted with stabiliser wheels that deploy below a certain speed.
Where there's a will there's a way (and several pissed off relatives who swear blind that they were promised that carriage clock)!

you can also get electronic gear shifters fitted , up and down the box with a toggle switch.

Went to see Mike on Saturday and he was very groggy and a little fed up with being groggy. They have cleaned his wound and are preparing to do some skin grafting soon, but I am not sure when. So he can use all the support he can get right now. I am sure he would love to have some of you guys visit or send a card. That would definitely lift his spirits!
