If only I'd read this thread before I last went to a biking event..........
On the subject of hospitals and underwear - I was butt naked when I had my first seizure (I was in bed) and Mr Ton called the ambulance. When I came round he said ' you've had a seizure and the ambulance is on it's way' - I leapt out of bed and grabbed my best underwear and a robe before I had time to even digest the fact that I'd had a fit!!!! We are insane aren't we!

my tip is to wear ur leathers when paint balling cause i got loads of ugly bruises from it ohh n it wont hurt in the leathers iether (not sayin that a bit of pain aint good once in a while hehe)
