Mike has been in an accident on his bike yesterday involving a car. I don't know all the particulars of the accident.
I do know that he is in intensive care and might possibly lose his left leg.
I know he was conscious at some point because he asked that Scott and I be contacted but we are not allowed to visit him just yet because we are not family.
I'll keep you all posted......
Keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Mike is now off the ventilator and breathing for himself.
He is now able to talk and has had a hospital 'milkshake' buildup drink. He said it was not as good as McDonalds. Its good to hear the old Mike back again.
He is keeping optimistic about his leg and does know what the worse could be.

Just too say I do hope Mike recovers fully and also to say that 1 day never car drivers might even consider looking for bikes before the twats pull out and maim us all.
